How do we work on our client’s transactions:
- We meet our clients and/or its consultants.
- We familiarize ourselves with the transaction and the borrowers needs (know your client).
- We collect all the information needed for full presentation of the transaction to our Lenders.
- We package the deal and outline in writing the proposed structure of the deal in a clear, concise and informative way to our Lenders.
- We meet the Lenders personally if needed to present the deal and discuss the transaction with the Lender and get his/her (their) input
- If needed we will arrange a meeting to introduce the borrower to the prospective lender.
- We negotiate on our client’s behalf the Lender’s commitment and will help the borrower to deal with all the consultants appointed by the Lender such as; Appraisers, Cost Consultants, Engineers, Environmental Auditors, Insurance Consultants, Etc.
- We will make sure that all the reports and legal work are done on a timely basis to help close the transaction as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
