How do we work on our client's transactions:

- We meet the Lenders personally if needed to present the deal and discuss the transaction with the Lender and get his/her (their) input
- If needed we will arrange a meeting to introduce the borrower to the prospective lender.
- We negotiate on our client's behalf the Lender's commitment and will help the borrower to deal with all the consultants appointed by the Lender such as; Appraisers, Cost Consultants, Engineers, Environmental Consultants, Insurance Consultants, Etc.
- We will make sure that all the reports and legal work are done on a timely basis to help close the transaction as smoothly as possible.
